I'm Moving!
But not to Paris which will disappoint many of you.

I moved into my current apartment in July 2011 so it feels fitting that I will be moving into my new apartment in July 2025. I have loved this apartment so much. It’s south facing which is one of the reasons I’ve stayed so long. It looks like a walk up but has an elevator. There is laundry in the basement. The roof that is technically off limits but isn’t locked so I sometimes sit up there on a lounge chair. My landlord had his painter paint it in colors I chose which is a rarity in New York. It is below market rate and I felt very lucky to have a reasonable rent during the economic downturn of the pandemic. It’s been a lovely place to live but I’ve finally outgrown it and it’s time to move on, or up as I should say, “to a deluxe apartment in the sky”.
