Think Pink

Let's move onto February since January feels like it's never going to end.

I grew up with a pink bedroom that was not my choice so I have a love hate relationship with the rosy hue. I’ve come to appreciate it and thanks to the Instagram algorithm serving me up an ad for the pink Leset Bobbi coat in desert rose for the past few months. Do I need another coat that can only be worn three days out of the year? No, but did I succumb to the siren song anyway. Yes, of course, I did. It hasn’t arrived yet and neither has February but I think we should all add some pink to our wardrobe to lift our spirits after this never ending month.

If you need any more motivation, Khaite showed a dozen pink pieces for spring. Less expensive options include numerous pretty pink sweaters and fashions at Banana Republic, Cos, and Theory including these pretty pink pants. On the casual end, there is this pink sweatshirt.

The best thing about the color pink is that it plays well with so many other colors like brown, navy, grey, black, purple, orange, red, and yellow.
